I stopped in with a friend and overall had a really good experience. The chicken al pastor tacos were fantastic—packed with flavor and definitely one of my favorite things we ordered. The fries were also excellent, and the fried donuts were absolutely smacking! If you have room for dessert, I highly recommend trying ... them. We also had the potato and chile poblano empanadas. They were good and flavorful, though I would have loved a little more chile poblano and maybe a touch of cumin—but that's just my personal preference. We ordered the lamb smashburger as well. I'm not a big lamb fan, so it wasn't really my thing. The lamb flavor was stronger than I prefer, and I tend to enjoy a traditional beef smashburger more. My friend enjoyed it though! Another standout was the peach coconut juice. It was refreshing, unique, and absolutely delicious. Overall, everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared. I also want to give a shout-out to the young lady who took our order. She was courteous, respectful, kind, and provided excellent customer service. A friendly attitude goes a long way, and she made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The dining area is small, and the seating wasn't the most comfortable, but thankfully it was just me and my friend. My only real complaint was that the tables weren't clean when we arrived. In a small dining space, keeping the tables wiped down and ready for guests would make a much better first impression. That said, the food was definitely the star of the show.
